Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us and include your order number in the message.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
